Our products include: composite post insulator, composite suspension insulator, composite pin insulator, composite cross-arm insulator and insulator for substation and electrified railway from voltage 10kV to 1100kV. We have six workshops and the total area is 30,000 square meters. Also our company owns the most advanced 18000cc full automatic overall injection molding machines and the voice -operated displacement crimping machines. Our company built up a high voltage testl hall, physical &chemical laboratory, electrical laboratory with complete set of quipments, and the testing area is up to 1,000 ㎡. We have the ability of inspecting the raw material and insulators, and performing routine test and sample test.
Our testing center is equipped with 1000 kV power frequency testing transformer,600kV steep shock wave testing equipment,1800kV lightning impulse set and 2000kN tension testing machine, also holds other normal production and inspection equipment.High voltage testers are trained by external authoritative institutes. They can fulfill tests comply with national standards, power sector standards, and standards of State Grid of China. Besides, they are full of experiences.
We set up a strict quality management system according to ISO9001:2008. All the products comply with IEC,GB, EN, and ANSI Standards. LINE POWER become one of main suppliers to State Grid Corporation of China and Southern Power Grid of China, and our composite insulator product applied for railway also has acquired approval from Ministry of Railways of China.
