The products cover hot air, spun bond(melt blown, SS,SMMS),hot-rolling, wet cotton, needle punched, spun laced, saturated bonded, fusible film, water solution and spun lace non woven products, skin cleaning and care like wet towel, cotton soft towel, cosmetology products, civilian clean cloth, industry wipe and so on. The products got OEKO-TEX level 1, CE,FDA and EPA certification,factory with ISO9001 quality system and ISO14001 environmental system certification. Since its establishment, the company has provide effective product solutions, OEM and ODM production supporting service for large enterprises from Europe, United states, Middle east, Southeast Asia, South America and so on.
At the end of January 2020,due to COVID-19 pandemic, Lechang Baochuang Environmental Protection New Material Co., Ltd was officially appointed to produce disposable protective masks and protective clothing by government,also export the epidemic prevention products mainly to Europe, American and south American, At present, there are 4 production lines for melt blown with daily output about 15 metric tons, 2 production line hot air non woven with daily output about 18 metric tons, 50 mask production lines with 5,000,000 pcs per day and 50 KN95 mask production lines with 2,000,000pcs per day.
