50-60 workers for all Functional training requirement and accessories, also have a line for accessories package. Two welding Roberts, several punching machines and cutting machines, 5 engineers for machine drawing and design packages.
20-30 workers for all dumbbells, kettle bells; PU/Rubber items; strict quality control; All details can check the factory pic.
Experience: Over 12 years' experience for sporting goods and fitness equipment. Especially for European market, American market, middle east market and so on. And is familiar with all market special requirement, such as Reach chemical in European, heavy metal chemical in different states of USA, SASO for Saudi Arabia, so on
Main Products: Fitness equipment, Functional training equipment, weight lifting items, cardio fitness lines; outdoor products, Yoga lines, all sports accessories; boxing lines and stitching lines.
Design Team: Supply full package design for customers' orders; After orders all high-quality pictures can supply for; item's upgrade is keeping on always.
Vigor QC Team: All items are with the customer own SOP as a license. All shipments are with inspection report and pictures for each item. Can upload for customer checking if required.
Factory Quality control: we believed that quality is controlled by system not only several QC, so we encourage 100% worker to joining the QC team. Our product had pass the NSCC certificate, export goods with GS/CE certificate some items.
Service: Feedback within 24 hours; sample cost will all payback after order; package design for free after order; additional service for customer to inspection other factories with report^.
