We introduced about 100 sets developed production device from Japan and China,our factory produce single jersey fabric ,pique fabric ,interlock fabric ,looped fabric ,rib fabric,bird eye fabric and computer jacquard fabric.
Our dyeing factory introduced about 30 sets most advanced machines ,such as spilled-dyeing machine,airflow dyeing machine ,tentering machine,pre-shrinking machine,napping machine,sanding machine ,ammonia fume machine .Our factory can dyeing cotton,linen,polyester,modal,tencel,nylon,modacrylic ,para-aramid,meta-aramid ,and do after finishing ,such as flame retardant ,cool ,hygroscopic and sweat releasing,anti-uv,deodourizing and antibacterial ect .We offer inherent flame retardant knitted fabric ,and we are the only one factory in China which can offer one-stop service ,from weaving ,dyeing,printing ,to garment .Our FR garment ,can pass FR standard such as UL,NFPA2112,CFR1615/1616,ASTM ect ,they are very popular in US,Canada .
Our printing factory have two sets automatic flat screen printing machine,which can print 10 sets of topping printings ,we can make reactive printing and pigment printing with bright color and good washing color fastness ,it is very popular both at home and abroad .
Our garment factory have most advanced automatic cutting bed ,overlock sewing machine ,normal sewing machine ,ect ,total about 100 sets ,mainly produce knitting functional garment .
