Shenzhen Jianhuida Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. It mainly produces vehicle accessories, brackets, etc. It is an integrated enterprise of independent research and development, production and sales. The main products are car phone holders, tablet PC holders, desktop holders, lazy holders, bicycle holders, live broadcast holders, wireless charging holders, etc. The main departments are injection molding department, tooling department, assembly department, quality department, engineering department, research and development department, etc.
Our factory has a construction area of 6,000 square meters, and currently has more than 120 employees, including 15 development engineering, electronic engineering, structural engineering, and packaging engineering personnel. There are 12 injection molding machines and 5 automated production lines. There are packaging equipment such as ultrasonic machines, high-frequency machines, and hot-press sealing machines. At the same time, it has test equipment such as constant temperature test box, salt spray test box, tensile test and vibration test. The monthly production volume exceeds 300,000 sets.
Our factory has passed ISO9001-2015 certification and BSCI certification. At present, we have applied for 30 product appearance and utility model patents. 90% of our products are exported to more than 30 countries including North America, Europe, and Japan. All products have passed ROHS, REACH, California 65 test, some electronic products have passed CE, FCC certification.
