Ningbo Boersheng-elec Co.,LTD. (Known as BES) is one of the most remarkable hair clipper manufacturer in China. BES have it's own design team, tooling department and injection machines to do the main components by ourselves. Thus to insure everything is under well control and provide the BEST using experience to every consumer . BES is established from early of 90's with the name of Haofeng Electric Factory . At the beginning, we started with hardware fittings, the main product is the clipper blades for the traditional hand operated hair clipper. And became the main supplier of DOUBLE ARROW hair clipper factory. Finally we got the authority of using DOUBLE ARROW till now.
In 2000, BES started it's own hand operated hair clipper and hit the whole domestic market for many years till the electric magnetic hair clipper show up and gets more and more popular.
At the beginning of 2008, we already have 20 different magnetic motor hair clipper types in the market. And we built our own trademark PULIS .
From 2000 to nowadays, our innovation and service spirit has led BES from magnetic motor to pivot motor to rotary motor type hair clipper/trimmer. Along with more than 100 different models of hair clippers capturing market, and we also expanding to hair dryer.
In 2010, BES was officially registered to be Ningbo Boersheng-elec Co.,LTD.

An independent QC department is lead by our General Manager directly. Carry out Incoming Inspection,Online Inspection, Final Inspection and Pre-shipment Inspection every day.
