JINAN HI has excellent capacity in our country and owns more than 300 sets of advanced large equipment of various lathes, milling machines, borings, grinding machines. They include12.5m NC lathe,12.5m NC gear hobber,100*3000mm NC bending machine, C3000/Q type NC nibbling punch machine, 6000mm NC folding machine, 8m vertical lathe, 8m gear hubber, 5m NC lathe, T6929 boring-milling machine, W200G boring- milling machine, 4.5x12m NC Moving-beam Gantry Crane and Milling Machine ,etc. We can provide 100mm thickness steel structure. The biggest lifting capacity is 200t. The manufacturing capacity and production scale of our company is on the advanced level among the same industry.
The technology center of the company is the national enterprise technology center and Shandong province environmental protection desulfurization equipment engineering technology research center. It has postdoctoral research workstation and academician workstation. There are more than 200 engineering and technical persons, including 3 doctors and 39 masters. Among them, 46 of them have senior titles and 125 have intermediate titles. In recent years, JINAN HI has draft and revision of 25 national and industrial standards, making important contributions to the normative development of the industry.
In June 2015, the shield tunneling machine project was officially launched. In order to complete the project better, group invested a total of 380 million yuan and built a brand-new factory area of more than 50,000 square meters in phase iii. the whole team was found in a reasonable combination with highly educated development and technical employees and the most elite production staffs. For now JNHI can produce TBM above 10 sets per year.
