Construction area about 60,000 square meters. Is an intelligent factory with modern intelligent manufacturing and Automatic Stereoscopic Warehouse. Officially put into production on June 1, 2016.
Its parent company MAX-INF was founded in 1998 and has been engaged in research, development, manufacturing and sales of baby car seats. Our products were certified with ECE R44/R129, FMVSS213, AS/NZS1754 and other internationally recognized safety certification standards. The company has been certified as TUV Rheinland QMS.
We have a R&D team more than 50persons. To ensure the rationality of design and control the cost, CAE analysis is introduced in our product design, we have plenty data base include dummy and product parts. Also, MoldFlow Application is introduced to improve the structure of the plastic part and tooling design, improve the injection process, reduce the cycle time and defects.
We launch 4-5 new market-leading products every year. Based on that, we can do ODM for different customers. At the meantime, we can offer professional support for OEM customers. Our maximum production capacity can be 2.2million per year for baby car seat.
