We use international 2D/3D software to design the mould and make mould according to international standards.In order to ensure the precision of the mould,we use CNC machining center,LSWEDM,EDM machine and CNC engraving and milling machine to make mould. Metal stamping production includes metal mould designing and production,stamping,tapping,riveting,welding,cleaning,full-inspection and packaging. Sheet metal production includes process designing,laser cutting,NCT cutting,bending,tapping,riveting,robot welding,powder spraying. Plastic production includes plastic mold designing and production,injection,ultrasonic welding,spray painting,silk screen printing,etc.
