The company has two manufacturing centers, respectively machining manufacturing center and surface treatment manufacturing center, machining manufacturing center is responsible for the product before the process of sawing, NUMERICAL control processing, aging treatment, shaping, tapping, stamping, grinding, sandblasting, wire drawing, and other processes. The company comprehensively implements the rs09001:2000 quality management system RS014001:2004 environmental management system. Every step of the process has strict quality control.
The company's surface treatment manufacturing center has two stainless steel electrolytic lines and two aluminum oxidation lines. We can provide customers with stainless steel electrolytic polishing, stainless steel surface pickling passivation, aluminum alloy hard oxidation, aluminum alloy coloring oxidation, aluminum alloy secondary oxidation and other processes.
