Xintai City is well known to the world because of the coal mining industry, Zhongtai began with the supply of mining machinery parts in 2002. Mr. Chen Jun (The owner) purchased the first mining chain welding unit in 2002, the chains for scraper conveyors use, and its target market is the local coal mining enterprises. The workshop named Lida Chain by Mr. Chen. At this time, he is both the boss and the salesman, and his main helper is his family. After five years of production and operation on the family-plus workshop model, the chain has sold to the coal mining enterprises in neighboring provinces.
In 2007, the fitting parts of the mining scraper machine were added to the scope of business, and in 2009, the whole machine began to focus on the production too, the related support parts were supplied at the same time, so far the total employees were 26, including 5 technicians.
In order to expand the scale of production, in mid-2010, the new plant began to be prepared, and in early 2011, the 4000 M2 plant was put into use, and the CNC machining and heat treatment workshop was added.
In 2016, in order to meet the market demand, Zhongtai Company was established, and in the same year, it cooperated with Shandong University of Science and Technology to develop mining track support and transportation equipment and achieved certain results, and obtained national coal mine safety qualification certifications. Among them, the single pillar and single rail installation ear lifting rings have passed certification and are sold to Europe by domestic trading companies.
Focusing on the production of mining machinery and its accessories, Zhongtai has successively obtained coal safety certification for 18 mining products such as hoists, mine carts, supports and sprockets from 2018 to 2020, and actively explored overseas markets.
In 2021, Zhongtai technology R & D personnel has reached 30 people, in early 2022 the factory passed the SGS field audit and obtained ISO quality and environmental health three system certification.
