Our company has two factories and four workshops, covering an area of 15,000 square meters, with an annual production of more than 1,000 tons of compound rubber, more than 5,200 sets of molds, and a daily production capacity of 5 million pieces. Based on more than ten years of production experience and technical research, our company has mastered advanced seal production technology and process flow. Now, we have a complete set of production process, including product design, research and development, mold development, raw material formula, mold production and quality inspection.
Our mold department has 10 sets of high-precision CNC, 3 sets of EDM, 42 sets of vulcanizing machines, and various testing equipment such as sulfur analyzers, hardness testing machines, tensile testing machines, and salt spray testing machines. The materials we use come from high-quality materials from the United States, Japan, Germany and other places, which can meet the needs of most of our customers on quantity, quality and delivery time.
